We're all doing our best in this ever changing and complicated world. Sometimes, we need to pause to take care of ourselves. Set aside the stress and worry and hurry. Breathe deep and release that which is not serving us, even just for a day.
Our retreats are uniquely designed to bring participants peace, relaxation, and more. Through wellness exercises and interacting with horses, we will practice such things as:

Our half-day retreats take place outdoors and include light refreshments.
Retreats are available to the general public; we also welcome the opportunity to partner with other organizations
to bring our retreat experience to those especially in need or underserved.
No horse experience needed.
